I have the power to initiate change in my organization. Our management team is overwhelmed with all the challenges facing us. We have to methodology in place to ensure our sales team can hit forecasts. We are presently not achieving our objectives - or believe we can do significantly better through building more collaboration. Creating dynamic, cross-functional teams is critical to our success. We have an active, functional system to recognize competitive threats (reactive) and new opportunities (proactive).
